Mr. Kouzine will provide the ongoing leadership as DeltaCredit prepares for the next stage of its growth. 2  december  2003 Delta Capital Management appoints Igor A. Kouzine as its Senior Vice President. Delta Capital Management, manager of The US Russia Investment Fund, announced today the appointment of Igor A. Kouzine as its Senior Vice President to assist in the development of DeltaCredit Bank, 100% owned by the Fund.
